Our Story
This is more than olive oil. It’s our family, our land, and a tradition that lives in every drop.
My journey began in a small town near Agrigento, where the olive trees are as much a part of the land as the people. I was raised among them, learning from my father, my Nonno before him, and the generations before that. This grove is our legacy.
We harvest early. We press quickly. We never filter. And we never cut corners. Because great olive oil doesn’t come from machines; it comes from respect. For the land, the tradition, and the people you share it with.
After many years in Sicily, our family made the journey to the U.S., bringing with us our grove, our tools, and the values we’ve always lived by. Nothing changed but the view. Our promise stayed the same.
From our Nonno to our children, this is what we pass down. Not just olive oil, but a way of life.
